Our mission statement:

Established in 1997 by Will Linley and Nick Simpson, Linley and Simpson are now in our second decade of successful trading.

The Company originally opened offices in Horsforth and Oakwood before later expanding into Harrogate, Wetherby, Leeds City Centre, Wakefield and York.

Having started with four staff, the company now employs more than sixty and lets hundreds of properties every month whilst managing thousands for our clients.

We believe in delivering a top quality service to all our Landlords and Tenants and are continually re-investing in the latest ideas, people, systems and software to ensure that the company remains the leader in the Lettings market.

In addition to our highly committed Lettings and Property Management teams at each individual location, we have a dedicated centralised Accounts office in Leeds headed by our Accounts Manager, Lynne Taylor. Internal standards are also continually monitored by our Systems, Training and Compliance Manager, Gemma Thornton.

We offer all types of property including studio flats, luxury apartments, conversions, cottages, terraced houses, town houses, semi-detached and substantial executive detached houses ranging from £400pcm to £4000pcm. All of them good quality and fully compliant with the latest legislation and guidelines.

We are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), NALS (the National Approved Letting Scheme) and TDS (The Dispute Service). This means that we are accountable for our service levels, our systems are regulated and our Client's Money is fully protected giving you complete peace of mind.
