For the past 15 years I have lived and breathed city living in Leeds. In this time I have witnessed 2 booms, the eventual bust of 2007 and a complete shift from people buying to renting. This deviation has afforded me a varied career in this industry, covering all aspects from selling and renting, to property management.
I originally started off as a Sales Negotiator, pounding the streets of Leeds 6 days a week – needless to say I needed a shoe fund, but this experience was invaluable as it gave me a full insight into every development in the city centre.
Most recently my career has seen me move from Negotiator to Branch Manager and latterly to assisting the development and integration of a new city centre lettings brand – into an extremely competitive market.
On reflection I now know that sales is where my heart lies, of course in tandem with my love of Leeds city centre – therefore I look forward with trepidation at what the next 10 years has in store for myself and Linley and Simpson.Email Me
