Overview

We are currently looking for a Letting Consultant for our Horsforth office.  Self motivated and well organised you will understand and be fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings and understand the need for delivering excellent customer care and agreeing lets. You will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches. If you are passionate about working within the property industry, possess the skills we require and want to work for a market leading Agency then we want to hear from you! Maintenance Co-Ordinator - Horsforth


Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our Central Maintenance team in Horsforth on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  Dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors you will be arranging periodic and emergency maintenance repairs. Self motivated and well organised you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customers needs. You will ideally understand and be conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.

If you are passionate about working within the property industry, not afraid of being on the telephone and possess the skills we require and want to work for a market leading Agency then we want to hear from you! In return you can expect a basic salary of £16-19k and a monthly bonus.

Branch Manager - Ilkley


Overview

Responsible for achieving set targets for both lettings and sales for the branch, developing new business and managing and developing the team across both sales and lettings.  The ideal candidate will be ARLA qualified and be used to managing a large portfolio ensuring the Landlords receive the first class quality service they have become accustomed to.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record in carrying out effective business development activities across both lettings and sales and be a great "people manager" with proven leadership skills.
