Which of these jobs would suit you?
Branch Manager -You'll need experience in Lettings and the ability to manage a team of up to 15 people. We look for dynamic, confident leaders who can inspire and get results whilst delivering great customer service. You'll also be focused on business development and profit.
Lettings Manager -You'll have relevant experience and be able to fill in for the Branch Manager so you'll need similar qualities.
Property Manager -You'll organize repairs, safety checks, inspections, inventory checks and a hundred other things so you'll need to be highly organized and have fantastic attention to detail. Customer service is everything in this job as this is where we retain clients.
Lettings Negotiator -This could be office-based or out on the road with a company car but either way you'll need to enjoy meeting people and finding the right property for them. You need to be results driven, committed and be glued to the 'phone putting together those lets.
Lettings Administrator -You'll do plenty of negotiating with Landlords and Tenants but you'll also be a high-speed whiz on a pc offering non-stop admin support to the office.
Accounts Staff -This dedicated team handle a huge rent role and deal with thousands of transactions every month. It's a demanding role with strict deadlines and no room for errors. Landlords want their money on time as you'd expect so it's got to happen!
