Guy Roberts - Leeds Lettings Branch Manager

I was born in Worcester and after completing my degree in Nottingham moved to London and took my first job in Property Management for an agent based in South East London. I remained in London for 4 years and was promoted to Senior Property Manager with the company before moving making the move north to Leeds.

After an initial year working in Leeds City Centre I moved to Linley and Simpson to take up the position of Senior Property Manager, from there I moved to Lettings Manager in 2009 before being offered the role of Branch Manager in the City Centre in 2011.

The City Centre as a whole has changed quite drastically in the last few years with the numbers of developments being constructed and as such has created a very unique market to be involved in. It attracts people from a variety of countries and walks of life and provides for an interesting mix of clients and tenants.

Leeds and the north is definitely home and as the City Centre keeps to evolve and provide more properties, I look forward to growing the branch over the forthcoming years.
