Ross Harding - Wakefield Lettings Branch Manager

Born and bred in West Yorkshire, I grew up in Batley and my first connection with Wakefield was at the age of 11 when I started school at QEGS.

After my A-Levels I left QEGS to study Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying at Loughborough University.

During my time at university I bought my first investment property and decided to become a landlord.

After witnessing the property market first hand at a young age I decided to learn more about the business and moved to Nottingham to work for a local letting agent.

Since that day I have never looked back.

After 14 months with the company I made the decision to move back to Wakefield to further my career in the letting industry.

Linley & Simpson was a fast growing company and I jumped at the chance when I was offered a job at their Oakwood branch.

In the time I have been with the company, I have progressed through the ranks learning all aspects of lettings and property management.

I was promoted to Lettings Manager at Oakwood in December 2006, and now Branch Manager of Linley & Simpsons latest office in the centre of Wakefield.

I aim to bring all of Linley & Simpsons expertise and experience to Wakefield and, as they have done with every one of their branches, become the market leaders in the area.
