I was born and spent my early years in the south of Ireland but have lived in Leeds for the last 19 years and now think of Yorkshire as my home.

Joining Linley & Simpson in 1998 a year after the company was set up, I worked as a Letting Administrator and as I acquired further knowledge and skills progressed to become an 'out of office' Negotiator, then Lettings Manager and now Branch Manager in the space of nine years.

I really enjoy dealing with people and being invited to see properties of all sizes and styles. Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient Letting & Management Service to tenants and landlords alike. Job satisfaction for me is to secure a suitable tenant for a property that I have valued and see it through to the point of moving in when both landlord and tenant are happy.

The Harrogate letting market is very buoyant as rental accommodation is of good quality, varied in type and abundant in supply. This coupled with great demand from suitable tenants attracted to Harrogate for its quality of lifestyle, commerce, reputable schools, excellent transport links and close proximity to countryside keeps my team very busy indeed!
