Anthony Metcalfe - Branch Manager

I was born in May 1978 and lived on the family farm until I was 18. During this time I attended schools in Catterick Village and Richmond. I moved to Newcastle in 1996 where I studied property surveying at the University of Northumbria. Following my graduation I took up my first job in lettings working for a family run business in Manchester.

My time in Manchester coincided with the Commonwealth games which was an exciting time in letting and Manchester underwent a huge facelift. I moved to Linley and Simpson in April 2003 and have seen the branch more than double in size over the last 4 years. I took the job as branch manager in December 2006 and have found the role to be both a huge challenge, but also very rewarding.

The number of potential tenants looking for the Horsforth area continues to grow and as an investor you wont find large void periods and rents will continue to increase.
