Nick Barrow - Branch Manager

Born and educated in Manchester , I first moved to Leeds in 1989 to study at Leeds University. I obtained my Engineering degree in 1992 and remained in Leeds where in October 1994 I joined a corporate Estate Agency chain in their lettings department. This is where I first met Will Linley & Nick Simpson.

I worked with them for 3 years rising to the position of branch manager at the office in Shipley, Bradford. I joined Linley & Simpson in September 1998 in the role of lettings manager at the Oakwood office becoming branch manager in September 2003. I am now responsible for the management of over 500 properties and lead a team of 11 staff.

The lettings industry has and continues to provide me with a varied and challenging career. I deal with a wide variety of properties and meet people from all walks of life. I would highly recommend a career in residential lettings.
