The York team have always been most helpful and courteous in our dealings with them. Your staff have gone out of their way to sort out any problems. Likewise, any problem experienced by the tenants has been reported immediately and steps taken in consultation with myself to repair or provide equipment to return the property to its proper state or comply with the latest government requirements. Your staff issue us with quarterly property inspection reports which alerts us to any concerns and they generally appear to have a good rapport with the tenants. I would also like to mention your accounting personnel in the Leeds office, they have always been most helpful when I have called them and have ensured that rental payments have been handled professionally and deposited promptly.
