COVID19 - Landlords Update - 11th March 2020
In light of recent Government advice and the potential spread of COVID-19 we write to reassure you that we are taking additional measures to minimise the exposure of both your tenants and our staff. When planning visits to the property for either routine inspections, viewings or maintenance our staff will:
- Make respectful enquiries as to whether any parties are unwell and/or have recently returned from higher risk countries/regions
- Postpone low priority visits or where the tenant has asked us to stay away
- Refrain from shaking hands
- Ask contractors to wear gloves at all times
We hope to keep any disruption to letting and managing your property to an absolute minimum while we do everything we can to protect your tenant and our staff.
