Linley & Simpson turned to the skills of Leeds schoolchildren for the first time in a competition to design a Christmas card for one of its branches.

Linley & Simpson turned to the skills of Leeds schoolchildren for the first time in a competition to design a Christmas card for one of its branches.

Pupils from Chapel Allerton Priary School were invited to showcase their Christmas creativity by staff from the residential sales and letting agency's nearby office on Harrogate Road.

Manager of Linley & Simpson's Chapel Allerton branch, Daniel Bond said "We are the newest of the Company's 11 branches and since o[ening our doors earlier this year we have supported the local community in a number of different ways."

"Darcy's drawing graces the front of our Christmas card this year and we hope it brings a smile to all our clients."

"We would like to thank all those children who took the time to show off their design skills - the competition proves there is no shortage of artristic talen in Chapel Allerton."
