Sometimes things can go wrong - even when you’ve taken measures to protect yourself.

Rent arrears can be disastrous for a landlord, who might rely on this income to pay a mortgage and other expenses. With our Rent and Legal Protection service, landlords will always get the income they expect and, if they need legal representation to recover it, our RLP service can help. We hold a Master Insurance Policy. As part of the Rent & Legal Protection Service we will arrange for your interest to be noted on the policy, and will make the necessary claims under the policy.
