Information for Parents
As a guarantor you will want to make sure your money is safe and protected. As a registered SafeAgent we are committed to making sure tenants money is protected through a client money protection scheme, we use TDS for this. Your deposit will be held safely here until the end of the tenancy.
Throughout the tenancy we will also hold periodic inspections to aid tenants with the swift return of deposits; these inspections can also highlight any areas that may result in deductions from the deposit so that these can be rectified prior to move out. Inspection reports can also be sent to guarantors if requested.
Extra Peace of Mind

To add extra peace of mind we are working in partnership with Wakefield Responsible Landlord Scheme to make sure all our student properties meet the standards expected and have been selected as the agent of choice for student properties by Backstage Academy and Wakefield College.
