The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times & The Times sponsored by Zoopla is held in May and is the only awards event solely focussed on lettings. In addition to the overall "Lettings Agency of the Year" there are medals for each of the geographic regions and by size of agency plus specialist categories such as property management, innovation and training.

Linley and Simpson have achieved great success at the awards in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and are very proud of the praise received from the highly respected industry specific panel of judges. This is surely confirmation that we're good at what we do?!

  • My Wife and I rented a house through Linley & Simpson in February this year. Since that time and during the preliminary negotiations we have found all members of staff that we have dealt with to be extremely helpful and co-operative. We have had of late, a serious problem with the central heating which has now been resolved. This was as a direct consequence of the help provided by Nicola Walton who not only liaised with the heating engineers to find the right solutions, but liaise with the Landlord and obtained their consent to have this rather expensive work carried out. I highly recommend their services.

  • I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for offering such great support. Over the last few months we have needed a few things sorted and its been done quickly and very professionally. The main contact has been Alexandra, but we’ve also had contact with Daniel from the maintenance department. We have been impressed with others from the other departments too (for example Leah and Jenny). The service offered has been exemplary both in terms of the way the issues have been handled but also the quality of the contractors who have come in to do the work. We wish the agents who manage our property over the other side of The Pennines had a similar proactive approach.

  • I originally contacted 3 agents and decided to go with Linley and Simpson because of their fast response to my email, their competitive fees, and their overall service; I liked their website, I noticed they produce good photos and appealing descriptions of properties. Andy Bonner (City Branch) came to value my property, he was professional but also friendly, and he had good knowledge of the Leeds market as well as good technical knowledge of the industry. My property wasn't quite ready to be put on the market and I said that I would get back to him when I had finished decorating etc. I was pleased when Andy contacted me a few weeks later to see if I was ready to go. This told me that this Agency actually follows things up. Andy came to take the photos and was on time (I had changed the appointment date and time twice!) he was extremely accommodating and patient to my requests and questions. The brochures were produced within 24 hours. I would consider myself a difficult customer, I always have lots of questions, I am extremely picky, and every request/query I have made Andy has promptly responded to and acted upon. He has shown incredible patience in working with me to maximise the saleability of my property. His advice/opinion is sound and to the point. I also visited the office on Saturday to collect a brochure for the communal area of my flats and a young lady at the offices called Kim was very helpful. My property is now on the market and so far I could not be more please
