The amount will automatically be filled in, based on the solution you choose.
No pre-payment is required if you are an existing landlord and we recognise your email address that you have entered.
If you aren't a landlord with Linley & Simpson, you can still proceed and take advantage of the discounted packages and will be redirected to our secure payment page for prepayment.
Refund Policy
Before continuing with your transaction, please review our refund policy below.
Any Refunds for payment are to be requested from Linley & Simpson and not through Worldpay.
If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it has been agreed by Linley & Simpson that a refund is due to you.
A refund is not due to you if you have paid an application fee & holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks.
Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
