To facilitate this ransition into the sales market we have recruited Mark Christopher as Head of Residential Sales. Mark has been with us since October and has been recruiting the best possible sales talent for this new venture.
We understand that we need to get recruitment perfect so that our sales service fi rstly is of an excellent standard, but also so that the sales aspect of the business serves to complement the specialist letting service you already receive.
We plan to roll out our sales offering gradually across the year with all branches offering the full service by the end of 2014. Horsforth, Roundhay and Leeds City will be the first branches to offer a selling service with the offi cial launch date planned for January 25th 2014. We have recruited a Regional Valuation Manager, Adam Lowman and are currently recruiting for a Regional Negotiator to make sure we are able to offer a sales service to all our landlords with effect from the January launch.
