LINLEY & Simpson has broken new ground at its Horsforth branch by launching a new initiative to speed up the time it takes to move home.

Angela Mitchell and Angie Morley have been appointed “Move Managers” at its Station Road base to add an extra dimension to customer service.

As a dedicated contact for a specific property, the highly-experienced duo are available to make and return calls promptly and issue weekly updates on how the sale is progressing.

As well as driving down the time between an agreed sale and contract exchange – which currently stands at an average of 8.4 weeks – their role will also focus on minimising the risk of a sale falling through.

Around one-in-four sales nationally do not complete, yet Linley & Simpson has worked hard to bring down its average cancellation rate to as low as 15%.

Angela and Angie have also drawn upon their expertise, as well as the market insight of the whole residential sales team at Horsforth, to draw up a list of recommended suppliers that clients can access to make the transaction even easier.
