FOLLOWING the release of the £30,000 community pot that Linley & Simpson launched at the beginning of the year, the business has now offered support to a local pre-school in Horsforth, following recent vandalism that took place there.
Linley & Simpson Horsforth, based on Station Road, have linked up with Brownberrie Lane Pre-school by contributing funds to help fix the damage of the recent vandalism. The school is also looking to install cameras and a new alarm system to deter vandals and assist the police with catching and prosecuting those who cause damage in future.
Amity Watts, who is associated with Brownberrie preschool, says "All of us at Brownberrie Lane are thrilled to receive this kind donation from Linley & Simpson. We plan to use the funds to upgrade our security system and fix recent damage caused by vandalism. As a community Preschool we are dependent on the kindness and generosity of local businesses and families, and due to the pandemic we have been unable to hold our annual fundraising events so this donation will really help us invest and improve our lovely setting at this challenging time."
Nathan King, Lettings Manager of Linley &
& Simpson, upon completion of the sale or letting of their property. We will be launching the scheme on the 7th of December, Brownberrie Pre-school will be one of the groups included in our campaign.'
