Linley & Simpson continue to build their relationship with local club, Pudsey St Lawrence Cricket Club, based on Tofts Road. The property specialists who have branches across Yorkshire, have most recently sponsored the club's scorebox.

The striking blue fascia is a huge change from the traditional black and white scorebox and will certainly make heads turn at the next match. Club Secretary, Richard Brown says, "While planning the new one, the idea of offering sponsorship on the most viewed focal point in the ground came up.

"Linley & Simpson were quick to take us up on the idea, even more so when it was mentioned to change the colours. The club have also upgraded to Pay Cricket Scorer Pro as well as incorporating the DLS Par score facility highlighting the club's commitment to future cricket. Hopefully, the refurbishment and upgrade of scoring technology will serve both players and spectators for many years to come."

Rebecca Taylor, Branch Manager of Linley & Simpson's branch in Pudsey says, "We've worked with Pudsey St Lawrence Cricket Club since 2019 where we first sponsored their bonfire night. We're always trying to involve ourselves with the local community as much as we can and we are delighted to be able to give our support again by sponsoring the scorebox, especially after the challenges the club has faced following the Covid-19 pandemic."

"The club also have access to our Give Back Scheme, whereby any person that is associated with the club that sells or lets a property through us, the club will receive £250. The aim of the scheme is to drive as many funds back into the club as possible."

"We are hoping to work with the club further this year to sponsor more events and build our relationship with the local community."
