LINLEY & Simpson has posted another award-winning performance in the hunt to find the UK's top residential letting agents.

The independent rental specialists' approach to high quality customer service was praised by judges who described Linley & Simpson as "totally polished across the lettings board".
Its "perky re-investment programme" - spearheaded by moves to bigger and better premises for both its Harrogate and Ripon branches - was helping to take its quality service to new heights.
It singled out staff for being "motivated and highly trained" with an internal structure able to measure adherence to high standards and ensure the business was complying with changing legislation.
Founding directors Will Linley and Nick Simpson picked up their Silver Award in the Best Medium Sized Letting Agency in the North of England category from businesswoman Karren Brady, star on TV's The Apprentice.
